Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore seeks an experienced Manager to lead the HR Group Shared Services team, delivering operational HR support across institutions in line with SLAs and KPIs.

You will oversee employee lifecycle administration, including contracts, transfers, redesignations, and re-employment, while driving technology-enabled HR improvements. Collaboration with diverse stakeholders is essential to success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level degree in HR or business-related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in HR operations and 8+ years total HR experience, with at least 5 years in people-management roles.
• Experience in large-scale HR shared services preferred.
• Experience implementing technology projects or tools (RPA/Power Automate) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR shared service team to provide operational HR support in line with SLAs and KPIs.
• Manage employee lifecycle administration including contracts, probation, transfers, redesignations, and retirement/re-employment.
• Drive HR system enhancements and tech-enabled process improvements to increase efficiency.
• Coach and develop team members to improve service quality and daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and government regulations; maintain up-to-date documentation.
• Design, review and implement process improvements; streamline workflows.
• Engage with multiple stakeholders across the community as a key HR partner.
• Act as liaison for assigned institutions on service delivery and implementation.
