Job summary

GMP Technologies in Tampines, Singapore seeks an experienced HR professional to lead compensation and benefits, training and development, and related HR initiatives. You will ensure compliance with MOM and regulatory requirements while benchmarking compensation against peers in manufacturing and semicon sectors.

With a minimum of 5 years in a managerial role, you will drive annual merit cycles, bonus planning, budgeting, and ongoing HR process improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in managerial capacity, preferably in manufacturing.
• Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and regulations.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Meticulous, flexible, open-minded and positive attitude.
• Hands-on and able to engage teams.
• Knowledge of RBA requirements is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance with MOM, employee related, and other statutory requirements in C&B.
• Benchmark compensation against manufacturing/contract manufacturing/semicon peers.
• Plan and oversee annual merit increments and appraisal processes.
• Propose competitive compensation packages for salary adjustments including promotions.
• Execute bonus planning and ensure payouts align with guidelines and budget.
• Drive and participate in annual budgeting exercise.
• Maintain knowledge on market issues and changes in government regulations affecting compensation and benefits.
• Develop and maintain HR procedures and documentation.
• HRI and HRMC liaison.
• Drive or implement continuous improvement practices and HR projects.
