Job summary

GMP Technologies seeks an HR Manager (Human Resource Business Partnering) to lead manpower planning, recruitment, and performance management across the organization in Singapore.

You will partner with heads of departments, provide guidance on staff queries, and drive annual HR projects and budgeting. The ideal candidate has 8+ years HR experience, excellent communication, and strong data-analysis skills using Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR or business-related field is required.
• Minimum 8 years HR experience, healthcare background a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities are essential.
• Proven ability to analyse data and build manpower charts.

Responsibilities

• Implement manpower planning and resourcing strategies.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Partner with HODs to identify business challenges and solutions.
• Provide performance management guidance for annual reviews.
• Answer staff questions with accurate, timely information.
• Resolve employee relations issues with objective investigations.
• Lead annual manpower and budgeting exercises.
• Participate in HR projects as assigned.
