Job summary

GMP Technologies in Singapore is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training & development, and performance management.

You will partner with department heads for workforce planning and succession, ensure compliance with MOM and PDPA, drive engagement programs, and provide HR analytics to support business decisions.

5+ years in HR with at least 2 years in a managerial role preferred. Experience with Timesoft HR is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Employment and Industrial Relations Legislation.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, hands-on and able to work independently.
• Experience with Timesoft HR system is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee recruitment, compensation & benefits, employee relations, training & development, and performance management.
• Partner with department heads to support workforce planning, talent management, and succession planning.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulatory requirements (e.g. MOM, PDPA).
• Drive employee engagement and well-being programs.
• Manage and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary matters in a fair and timely manner.
• Handle HR reporting and analytics to support business decisions.
