Sport Singapore is seeking a committed HR professional to join the Strategy & Performance Team to shape a competitive and sustainable salary and manpower framework. You will help develop annual pay plans, conduct market benchmarking, and support performance and manpower processes across the organisation, ensuring alignment with public sector standards.

Collaboration with HR partners and stakeholders is essential.

Formación

• 3 to 5 years of HR experience in performance, compensation and/or manpower planning.
• IHRP certification welcomed.
• Proven experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint/Word.
• Experience with Tableau advantageous.
• Strong numerical, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in formulating the Annual Pay Plan and market benchmarking using industry surveys.
• Develop pay simulations for bonuses, merit increments, promotions and salary adjustments.
• Manage administration and processing of salary payments, bonuses and increments within budget.
• Support annual manpower planning and implementation of manpower plans.
• Prepare manpower papers, responses and presentations for stakeholders and Submissions for funds exercises.
• Maintain manpower reports, organization charts and movement analyses.
