Our client is seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to oversee regional rewards across Singapore and Malaysia, focusing on benchmarking, salary reviews, benefits administration, HR analytics and compliance.

The role partners with HR teams and business stakeholders to develop competitive programmes, drive data-informed decisions and ensure regulatory alignment across markets.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards or related HR function.
• Experience managing or supporting Compensation & Benefits programmes across Singapore and Malaysia.
• Strong knowledge of salary benchmarking, job evaluation, compensation structures and benefits administration.
• Experience supporting variable bonus schemes, incentive programmes and employee recognition initiatives.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with advanced Excel proficiency (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis).
• Experience using HRIS/HCM systems; Oracle Fusion HCM, Workday or SAP advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and review compensation policies, programmes and practices.
• Conduct salary benchmarking, market surveys and compensation analysis to maintain market competitiveness.
• Coordinate annual salary review processes, including merit increases, promotions and market adjustments.
• Conduct job evaluations and provide recommendations on job grading, salary ranges and job classifications.
• Support the administration of incentive schemes, variable bonus plans and retention initiatives.
• Maintain compensation structures, job families and salary frameworks within the HR system.
• Prepare analytics on compensation trends, pay equity, turnover and demographics.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, regulatory requirements and internal policies.
