Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd seeks an HR Compensation & Benefits professional in Singapore to conduct salary benchmarking, market analysis, and support annual compensation reviews. You will collaborate with regional and HQ teams to ensure compliant and competitive remuneration practices.

The role requires 5–8 years of relevant experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity. A degree in HR/Business is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis with external consultants to maintain competitive compensation structures.
• Participate in market surveys and analyse compensation data to support equitable and competitive remuneration practices.
• Support the annual compensation review process, including salary adjustments, bonuses, and incentive programmes.
• Partner with regional and headquarters teams to support compensation initiatives and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
• Support HR projects and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external legal partners on HR-related matters and special projects.
• Provide support for HR administration and operational activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
