LIBERTE HR SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an experienced Compensation & Benefits professional to support the development, review and implementation of compensation policies and reward initiatives.

The role emphasizes salary benchmarking, market analysis and equitable reward practices to keep pay structures competitive. You will partner with HR stakeholders, conduct analysis, modelling and simulations to inform management decisions and contribute to C&B projects across the organisation,

Qualifications

Degree in HR, business administration or related discipline.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
Strong understanding of compensation frameworks, salary reviews and market benchmarking.

Responsabilités

Support the review and implementation of compensation and benefits policies, frameworks and programmes.
Conduct salary benchmarking, market analysis and compensation reviews to ensure competitive and equitable reward practices.
Partner with HR stakeholders to provide advisory support on compensation-related matters.
Undertake compensation analysis, modelling and simulations to support management recommendations and decision-making.
Participate in C&B projects, including policy enhancements, process improvements and implementation of reward initiatives.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment of compensation practices across the organisation.
