Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a HR professional to support Performance, Compensation & Benefit's functions in Singapore. You will participate in UAT and prepare communication materials and user guides for system modules within Performance and Rewards areas.

You will assist in data migration, consolidate/extract data for budgeting, compensation, benefits, and performance reviews, and prepare files and reports for regular compensation and performance reporting.

Qualifications

• Analytical and inquisitive mindset.
• 3–6 years’ experience in Performance, Compensation & Benefit roles.

Responsibilities

• Participate in UAT and prepare communications and user guides for Performance and Rewards modules.
• Support data migration: extraction and consolidation of records/files.
• Consolidate data for budgeting, compensation, benefits, and performance reviews.
• Prepare files and reports for regular compensation and performance reporting.
• Review compensation proposals outside approved parameters escalated by Talent Acquisition.
