Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards) and Google Suite; hands-on with HRIS/HRMS platforms (FlexHR or Oracle HRIS preferred).
• Strong knowledge of local Singapore employment laws, MOM regulations, CPF rules, and statutory guidelines.
• Exceptional numerical accuracy, attention to detail, strong project management, talent sourcing, clear written and verbal communication, and strong interpersonal skills.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR administration experience, with focus on C&B, HR metrics/reporting, and ad-hoc HR projects/TA/Management.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment handling direct/indirect labor is a plus.
• Prior payroll processing experience and use of AI productivity tools for HR workflows is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in salary benchmarking and market analysis.
• Support annual salary reviews, performance appraisal cycles, and bonus calculations.
• Administer employee claims, leave policies, retention schemes, and payroll support; oversee Time & Attendance.
• Maintain HR systems data accuracy; prepare HR analytics, MOM surveys, and periodic management reports.
• Lead AI-driven HR workflow improvements; participate in Lean Six Sigma and Kaizen initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore MOM/Employment Act; support ISO, RBA, and customer audits.
• Manage recruitment for indirect labor; scheduling interviews and drafting contracts per approval matrices.
• Build candidate pipelines via portals, agencies, and social media; participate in job fairs and campus events.
• Plan workforce with managers to align hiring with headcount needs and cost-per-hire optimization.
• Drive employee engagement programs (HR136), quarterly Coffee Chats, and retention analytics.
• Lead ad-hoc HR projects and cross-functional system enhancements.
