Formación

• Degree in HRM, Business Studies, or related discipline.
• 5–8 years of Compensation & Benefits experience.
• Experience with government agencies and external vendors.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data.
• High integrity and professionalism with confidential information.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct salary benchmarking and market analysis with external consultants.
• Participate in market surveys and analyse compensation data.
• Support the annual compensation review process including salary adjustments, bonuses and incentive programmes.
• Partner with regional and headquarters teams to ensure compliance with policies and statutory requirements.
