Job summary

Swift Search Global Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Senior Executive, Human Resources to support compensation, payroll, salary benchmarking, and HR policies across markets. You will work with regional HR and business stakeholders to ensure effective HR operations and policy adherence.

The role requires strong analytical and numerical skills, hands-on payroll experience, and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a dynamic Singaporean environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably generalist or operations.
• Hands-on payroll processing experience with both manual and system-based methods.
• Experience in compensation and benefits, salary benchmarking and performance cycles.
• Regional or multi-market HR experience is a plus.
• Strong Excel/Sheets skills for HR data analysis and compensation comparisons.

Responsibilities

• Conduct salary benchmarking and market research using surveys and industry data.
• Analyze salary data, assess competitiveness and internal equity.
• Support compensation reviews, adjustments, promotions, and increments.
• Prepare salary comparisons and analyses for hires and internal moves.
• Assist in developing salary ranges, job levels and compensation structures.
• Process payroll and support HR operations across markets.
• Coordinate performance management cycles and related documentation.
• Support HR policies, governance and regional HR projects.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management or a related discipline
