Job summary

Career Connex Private Limited in Singapore seeks an HR Business Partner to lead HR strategy and align initiatives with business goals. You will partner with Business Unit Heads and internal partners to deliver value-added HR programs.

Responsibilities include strategic advisory on staff engagement, local employment laws, benefits, payroll, and HRIS projects. You will manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels and drive process improvements across the HR function.

Qualifications

• Must be a Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline.
• At least 6–8 years working experience in HR as a strategy partner and knowledge in HR operations.
• Industry experience in Manufacturing or Technology with 400+ headcount is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR leadership and partnering to internal stakeholders.
• Lead HR relationship management, Benefits, Payroll, Work Passes and HR policy implementations.
• Drive HR project initiatives for process improvements and benefits enhancements.
• Act as a key point of contact for HR matters across the business.
