Qualifications

• Proven experience as HR Manager or HR Business Partner.
• Strong knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and KPI tracking.
• Experience guiding and auditing HR teams with accountability.

Responsibilities

• HR business partnering: support leaders on manpower planning and PMs.
• Lead HR operations and coach the HR Executive/Admin team.
• Standardise HR SOPs across recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and leave.
• Set and track KPI dashboards; drive action to close gaps.
• Enhance recruitment quality, time-to-fill, and retention.
• Drive employee engagement through practical initiatives.
• Ensure compliance and provide practical solutions to issues.
