Job summary

ShopBack is seeking a highly motivated leader to drive high-impact commercial initiatives and work directly with C-level executives. You will lead end-to-end projects, build a lean team, and develop the commercial acumen needed for future P&L leadership.

You will collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations, using data-driven analysis to shape solutions and deliver measurable growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 8 to 15 years of experience in commercial, or business related roles.
• Demonstrated ability to guide, motivate and get the best out of a lean team, with and without formal authority.
• Strong commercial instincts — P&L thinking, unit economics, and connecting data to revenue and growth outcomes.
• Strong data and business analysis capabilities, with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable, strategic recommendations.
• Excellent problem-solving skills in ambiguous environments to drive growth.
• Strong cross-functional communication with the ability to express complex ideas clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own, lead and execute the end-to-end management of high-impact, cross-functional commercial initiatives.
• Work closely with senior leadership to develop, refine, and execute strategies.
• Collaborate with a lean project pod to unblock work and drive impact.
• Exposure across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations to understand ShopBack’s business challenges.
• Develop and execute detailed business plans with timelines, milestones, and resources.
• Apply commercial and financial judgement to identify gaps and implement improvements.
• Demonstrate leadership potential to take on future P&L leadership roles.
