Shopee Singapore's SG Business Development team is seeking an entrepreneurial, analytical strategist to identify growth opportunities and drive end-to-end initiatives that boost revenue and profitability across the local retail business.

The role emphasizes opportunity sizing, data analysis, and developing compelling business cases for senior stakeholders to enable timely, informed decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• : Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s advantageous but not required.
• : Minimum 2 years of full-time strategy consulting experience.
• : Experience leading workstreams or projects.
• : Exposure to consumer, retail, or e-commerce is preferred.
• : Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• : Strong business acumen and customer/buyer behavior understanding.
• : Excellent communication, PM, and stakeholder management skills.
• : Experience working cross-functionally in dynamic environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability across Shopee Singapore’s business.
• Structure and solve ambiguous business problems through opportunity sizing, benchmarking, data analysis, and scalable strategy development.
• Drive end-to-end strategic projects from strategy to realisation.
• Develop clear and compelling materials for senior stakeholders to facilitate timely decisions.
