ShopBack, Asia-Pacific’s leading shopping, rewards, and payments platform, is seeking a Merchant Account Manager in Singapore. You will own a portfolio of high-value merchant accounts, grow existing partnerships, and hunt for new opportunities across ecommerce and B2B channels.

You’ll translate merchant budgets into tailored campaigns, collaborate with Operations and Marketing, and close deals with a strong commercial instinct.

Qualifikationen

• 3–4 years in ecommerce, affiliate, or fast-paced B2B sales.
• Proven ability to understand client budgets and craft custom solutions (not just sell standard packages).
• Strong communication and analytical skills; proficiency in English and AI tools to improve workflows.

• Grow high-value merchant accounts through strategy, execution, and consistent delivery against placement targets.
• Land new merchant partnerships and identify growth opportunities across categories.
