ShopBack Group is seeking a Marketing Campaign Associate / Senior Associate to own end-to-end campaigns for ShopBack, brand, and merchant partners. You will lead planning, strategy, execution, and post-campaign analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strong outcomes.

The role emphasizes ownership, stakeholder management, and hands-on delivery, including offline marketing (POSMs) and AI-assisted insights. Join a fast-growing team shaping marketing at scale.

Qualificações

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in marketing campaign planning and execution.
• Experience managing campaigns from planning through launch and post-campaign analysis.
• Experience in offline marketing (POSMs).
• Strong ownership, initiative, independence, and sound judgement.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration across multiple functions.
• Hands-on execution with tenacity to manage competing priorities.
• Fluency with AI tools, including writing prompts, evaluating outputs, refining approach, and using AI to support analysis and problem-solving.
• Strong copywriting for campaign messaging.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end campaign planning, strategy, execution, and post-campaign analysis for ShopBack and partner campaigns.
• Manage partner campaigns, including product launches and integrated brand initiatives.
• Leverage In-Store Marketing (POSMs) to amplify ShopBack’s value proposition at consumer touchpoints.
• Coordinate with Business Development, Local/Regional Operations, Product, Design, CRM, and other teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders confidently and resolve campaign issues by engaging the right teams.
• Use campaign data to derive insights and recommendations for improvements.
• Support messaging and copywriting to enhance brand performance.
• Use AI tools to research, analyze information, structure thinking, and solve day-to-day challenges.
