TCI Express PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our freight forwarding team in Singapore.

You will drive business growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining relationships with existing customers in the logistics sector. You will proactively target airlines and logistics providers, conduct cold outreach, and manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to deal closure. The role requires a diploma and proven ability in business development.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in business development, cold calling and account management.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers in air freight and logistics services.
• Conduct cold calls, emails, and in-person prospecting to generate leads.
• Build and manage the sales pipeline from lead to closure.
• Achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage end-to-end sales process including quotations and follow ups.
• Maintain strong relationships and high customer satisfaction.
• Prepare and present monthly sales and performance reports.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
