Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business or related field.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet sales targets.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and freight/logistics software systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and generate sales leads within the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize revenue and retention.
• Prepare and negotiate freight rates, quotations, and service proposals for customers.
• Coordinate with operations, customer service, and overseas agents to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and freight rate fluctuations to identify sales opportunities.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
