Job summary

TCI Express Pte Ltd is seeking a motivated Sales Executive to join our freight forwarding team in Singapore. You will drive business growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with customers in air freight and logistics services.

Responsibilities include target prospecting, cold calls and emails, managing the end-to-end sales process from lead to close, meeting sales targets, and preparing monthly performance reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma required.
• Experience in business development and cold calling.
• Computer literacy required.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new customers in air freight and logistics.
• Conduct cold calls, emails, and in-person prospecting to generate leads.
• Build and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to deal closure.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Manage end-to-end sales process including quotations and follow-ups.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.
• Prepare and present monthly sales and performance reports.
• Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
