Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Singapore is seeking an experienced Senior Pre-Sales professional for its Military & Defense portfolio. You will act as a strategic technical advisor, shaping opportunities from ground up and transitioning procurement to the Direct Sales team.

You will lead complex, cross-domain engagements spanning LMR, HF, mesh networks, and video offerings to craft compelling operational narratives and win bids.

Qualifications

• Proven hunter with net-new defense opportunities.
• Deep knowledge of Military and Defense sector.
• Strong procurement process experience.
• Ability to obtain national security clearances.
• English fluency; regional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Proactive Demand Generation & Hunting: engage military end-users to identify opportunities and generate technical demand.
• Full-Portfolio Technical Architecture: translate defense requirements into unified propositions across MSI's product landscape.
• Strategic Pre-Sale Leadership: lead whiteboarding sessions, scope requirements, and initial solution design.
• Bid & Proposal Management: author and oversee high-quality technical responses and system designs for RFIs/RFPs.
• Seamless Account Handover: coordinate with internal teams for smooth handovers to final contract closure.
• Demonstrations & Proof of Concept: lead field trials and technical validations with defense end-users.
