Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, defence studies, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years’ experience in military system related field.
• Hands-on military or defence system knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Good knowledge of defence industry is an added advantage.
• Analytical and strategic thinking; able to work under tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain strategic relationships with key Defence customers, both locally and internationally.
• Coordinate cross-functional bid teams for tender proposals.
• Develop engagement plans and bid-winning strategies.
• Conduct tender assessments and evaluations.
• Manage the Business Development budget.
• Liaise with customers to align proposed solutions.
• Represent the company in meetings, forums and events.
• Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports.
• Willing to travel overseas to support engagement and project execution.
