Job summary

Motorola Solutions UK Limited seeks an experienced senior sales professional to drive multi-year APAC growth in the defence and EW sectors. You will align CRFS technology with regional needs, deliver technical briefings to leaders, and lead tender responses to secure multi-country contracts.

You will build partnerships with regional defence integrators and coordinate with UK engineering teams to tailor the product roadmap for the Asia Pacific region.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in high-end technical sales or business development within the Defence, Aerospace, or Electronic Warfare sectors in the APAC region.
• Must hold (or be eligible for) National Security Clearance (Secret or higher).
• An established network within the region’s defence and security industry including relationships with military commands from at least 3 countries.
• Good level of English and native in regional languages.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute a multi-year growth strategy for your APAC region.
• Align CRFS technology with tactical needs of the regional Armed Forces, focusing on border protection, anti-drone operations, and APAC interoperability.
• Deliver technical briefings on signal processing and EW to regional technical leads, program managers, and military commanders.
• Lead responses to complex regional public tenders, navigating procurement laws and offset requirements to move deals to contract signature.
• Build and manage strategic partnerships with local and regional defence integrators and distributors.
• Act as the link between end-users and UK-based engineering teams to reflect APAC challenges in the product roadmap.
