Responsibilities

• Drive growth and achieve sales targets across the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) market segment.
• Develop and execute market and customer strategies, identifying emerging trends, opportunities, and key growth areas.
• Create and maintain strategic account plans, manage sales pipelines, and provide accurate monthly forecasts.
• Manage and grow strategic customer accounts by building strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including technical, operational, and executive decision-makers.
• Lead complex solution sales engagements from initial prospecting and opportunity qualification through RFP/tender management, negotiation, contract award, and deployment.
• Collaborate closely with pre-sales, applications, product management, and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions and successful business outcomes.
• Monitor competitive activities, market developments, and customer requirements to maintain a strong market position and drive strategic growth.
