Drive growth and achieve sales targets across the Aerospace & Defense (A&D) market segment.
Develop and execute market and customer strategies, identifying emerging trends, opportunities, and key growth areas.
Create and maintain strategic account plans, manage sales pipelines, and provide accurate monthly forecasts.
Manage and grow strategic customer accounts by building strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including technical, operational, and executive decision-makers.
Lead complex solution sales engagements from initial prospecting and opportunity qualification through RFP/tender management, negotiation, contract award, and deployment.
Collaborate closely with pre-sales, applications, product management, and cross-functional teams to deliver customer-centric solutions and successful business outcomes.
Monitor competitive activities, market developments, and customer requirements to maintain a strong market position and drive strategic growth.
