Job summary

STMicroelectronics is seeking a high-performing Account Manager to drive growth within strategic Data Center and Cloud Infrastructure accounts across Asia. You will manage existing relationships, develop new opportunities, and execute account strategies across hyperscalers, enterprise, and OEM environments.

You will work with a dynamic sales team and cross-functional partners to deliver rapid business growth and customer success through consultative engagement and technical collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or related field.
• 8–12 years of B2B sales, account management, or business development experience.
• Proven track record of growing strategic accounts and hitting revenue targets.
• Familiarity with hyperscalers, enterprise, and OEM markets.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to existing and new customers in Asia, including Malaysia, Korea, Singapore and India.
• Develop and execute a growth strategy for key accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships across all levels, from executives to engineering and operations.
• Drive design-in/design-win activities with customer engineering teams and ST product groups.
• Partner with marketing and business units to coordinate product line strategy and opportunity development.
• Forecast customer demand and work with Operations to ensure accurate monthly projections.
• Map customer structures and align design, manufacturing, and business strategy.
• Manage opportunities through Salesforce CRM and regular visits to strengthen executive relationships.
• Support new product development by aligning customer requirements with ST’s product portfolio.
• Enable customer success through consultative engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
