Job summary

Infosys is seeking a Client Services Manager in Singapore to lead strategic account management and growth across key client portfolios. You will align Infosys offerings with stakeholder imperatives, drive revenue and margin growth, and collaborate with sales, delivery and solutions teams to deliver high-impact, customized solutions.

The role requires extensive experience in managing large revenue portfolios, GTM execution, and strong leadership and communication skills to work with CXO-level

Qualifications

• Must have managed a large revenue portfolio with growth within the account.
• Ability to manage Consulting, Implementation, Support/AMS and other opportunities across Infosys offerings.
• Strong understanding of SAAS applications, Enterprise apps and how to leverage AI in the enterprise.
• Strong Infrastructure, Data Centres, Real Estate and Fund Management understanding.
• Strong understanding of engineering services such as PLM, MES and IOT.
• Ability to drive GTM to maximize client and Infosys services in market.
• Significant Account Management experience with 10M+ USD per annum.
• Track record of CXO-level stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Strategic account management and growth across assigned accounts.
• Grow the portfolio with new services and influence client to win additional business.
• Drive continuous improvements and transformation for customer value and growth.
• Maintain senior management relationships and stakeholder connectivity.
• Own revenue and margins; align growth with investments for long-term viability.
• Collaborate with enterprise teams to guide and direct client strategy implementation.
• Work with Solutions teams to build customized pitches and drive delivery in target accounts.
• Participate in Plan-Sell-Deliver-Manage processes with Sales.
