Job summary

WT Microelectronics Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Account Manager to serve as the strategic interface with assigned accounts, driving sales growth and deploying value added services across the organization.

You will develop account strategies, expand penetration, negotiate deals, and manage orders and inventory while coordinating with back-end support teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
• Prior knowledge or experience in electronics industry or distribution is advantageous.
• Strong product/technology knowledge.
• CRM proficiency and workflow management.
• Results oriented with negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve budget and revenue targets.
• Expand account penetration and strengthen customer relationships.
• Implement WT's value added services to maximize customer impact.
• Develop and execute account strategies with sales management.
• Build relationships across customer functions (purchasing, finance, senior management).
• Identify new opportunities and emerging accounts and monitor client product project progress.
• Negotiate, close business, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Drive sales through prompt, accurate and timely RFQ responses and quotation follow up.
• Manage customer orders and product inventory.
• Act as the interface with all back-end support departments to service customer inquiries.
