Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques, including cold calls.
• Experience with CRM software (Pipedrive, Salesforce).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite for presentations and reports.
• Prior work experience in B2B sales/business development.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing and partnership activities to strengthen brand visibility within the local construction community.
• Generate sales opportunities from construction stakeholders.
• Contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, site visits, networking events, and exhibitions.
• Pitch the company's products/services to potential clients.
• Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
• Stay up-to-date with new products/services offerings.
• Provide proper after-sales service to clients.
