Job summary

People Profilers Pte Ltd is actively seeking a driven sales and business development professional to expand our client base within the Singapore construction ecosystem. You will identify client needs, present suitable products and services, and forge long-term relationships with subcontractors, main contractors, and ecosystem partners.

The role requires strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills, plus experience with CRM tools and MS Office to prepare reports and presentations.

Qualifications

• Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Construction, or related field.
• Experience in sales or business development with quota attainment.
• Knowledge of local construction/infrastructure industry; financing solutions a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support marketing and partnership activities to boost brand visibility in construction.
• Generate sales opportunities from subcontractors, main contractors, and partners.
• Contact potential clients via cold calls, emails, site visits, and events.
• Identify client needs and suggest suitable products/services.
• Develop new business opportunities and build long-term relationships.
• Stay updated with new products/services offered by the company.
• Provide after-sales service to clients.
