Qualifications

Experience in business development or sales within construction/landscaping preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Proactive, responsible, and self-motivated with teamwork.
Singapore driving licence a plus.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
Identify and pursue new business opportunities
Generate leads and follow up on potential projects
Prepare quotations, proposals and business presentations
Coordinate with clients, consultants, landscape architects, main contractors and internal teams
Understand clients’ requirements and propose suitable solutions
Follow up on tenders, quotations and project opportunities
Attend site meetings and client meetings when required
Monitor market trends and identify potential business opportunities
Achieve sales and business development targets
