DURKEE Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive growth in building materials and solutions.

Based in Singapore, you will develop relationships with developers, main contractors, consultants, and design firms, identify tender opportunities, and promote the company’s products across projects from inception to delivery. The role requires a diploma or degree in marketing, engineering, or construction, at least two years in project sales within the construction

Qualifications

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Engineering, Building, Construction, Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of experience in project sales within building materials, construction equipment, or engineering industry.
Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

Manage Business Development relations with project stakeholders including developers, main contractors, subcontractors, consultants and design firms.
Identify and pursue new construction projects, tender opportunities and government projects.
Promote building materials, equipment and technical solutions to clients and prepare quotations and proposals.
Coordinate the sales cycle from tendering and contract award to delivery and project completion with Production, Procurement, Logistics and Installation teams.
Maintain regular customer visits to strengthen long-term relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business.
Monitor market trends and industry developments to inform sales strategies and represent the company at industry events.
