Job summary

Bureau Veritas Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive sales professional to drive new business and manage existing customers in buildings & infrastructure. You will handle key accounts, coordinate regional/global contracts, and contribute to marketing strategies.

The role requires at least 2 years of sales or customer service experience, good communication, and a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment. Singapore-based, on-site position with client-facing responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or technical support.
• Basic understanding of inspection services is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, customer-focused attitude, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines.

Responsibilities

• New business development and existing customer management in buildings & infrastructure.
• Key account management for strategic clients as assigned by supervisor.
• Build and strengthen relationships with clients, prospects, and associations.
• Coordination of regional/global contracts.
• Provide market information and participate in direct marketing strategy/planning.
• Attend to clients' enquiries and manage/resolve issues and complaints.
• Do tele-sales when required and assist other sales teams in identifying contacts and leads.
• Preparation of brochures and track records.
• Weekly reporting on sales activities.
• Update visual presentation materials.
• Preparation and coordination of seminars for the business.
• Perform other duties as assigned by direct superior from time to time.
