Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, preferably within the cloud computing, IT infrastructure, or technology solutions sectors.
• Strong understanding of cloud services, data centre solutions, and related technologies with an ability to translate technical information into business value.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with diverse clients and internal teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles and maintain a strategic perspective.
• Result-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute effective sales strategies aligned with the company’s goals to increase market share within the cloud solutions segment.
• Identify and engage potential clients, building and nurturing long-term customer relationships based on trust and delivering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, engineering, and customer support to align sales efforts with product offerings and customer needs.
• Lead sales negotiations and close deals efficiently while maintaining a customer-centric approach and compliance with company policies.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Prepare comprehensive sales reports and forecasts to inform senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Mentor and support junior sales team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
