Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Client Services Lead to drive growth for designated key client accounts through close partnerships and co-creation, ensuring high-quality delivery on time and within budget.

You will lead a client account team with Delivery Lead and Sales Lead, bring deep industry knowledge, and act as a trusted advisor to C-suite clients to shape digitalisation roadmaps and value propositions.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT or ICT Consulting is a plus.
• Strong leadership experience.
• Able to be a strong consulting practitioner.
• Ability to architect value.
• Good sales and business acumen.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience managing large, diverse and complex teams.
• Ability to apply social styles techniques to manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage a profitable key client account(s).
• Develop and operationalise growth plans for key accounts.
• Act as a consultant to clients and achieve high client satisfaction through deep understanding of business needs via close engagement.
• Develop and maintain deep key client relationships.
• Develop a point of view or thought leadership to strengthen NCS brand position.
• Ideate with the client to lead to opportunity origination.
