Job summary

Capgemini Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Client Partner to drive strategic growth and client success across a portfolio of strategic accounts.

You will own end-to-end responsibilities, influence cross-functional teams, and deliver complex transformation programs that create long-term, high-value client relationships. You will lead account growth, engage senior stakeholders, shape deals, and oversee delivery to realize measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in enterprise sales and account management.
• Experience managing full sales lifecycle from origination to closure.
• Understanding of commercial models including managed services and fixed outcome-based engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow a portfolio of strategic client accounts with full P&L responsibility.
• Drive new business acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
• Close mid to large deals across digital, cloud, data, or enterprise transformation.
• Develop account strategies aligned to client objectives and Capgemini offerings.
• Act as the primary executive contact for key client stakeholders.
• Build trusted advisor relationships at senior leadership levels.
• Understand client industry trends, challenges, and opportunities to position solutions proactively.
• Lead deal qualification, solution definition, pricing strategy, and proposal development.
• Collaborate with delivery, solution architects, and domain experts to craft competitive, value driven offerings.
• Demonstrate ability to convert client requirements into scalable and sustainable engagements.
• Oversee successful delivery of engagements to ensure business outcomes and client satisfaction.
• Track and communicate measurable value delivered to clients.
• Ensure governance, risk management, and operational excellence across engagements.
• Drive a balanced portfolio of work across managed services, project-based engagements, and consulting led transformation.
• Progressively transition engagements towards higher value, outcome-based contracts where appropriate.
• Strong ability to work across multiple teams including sales, delivery, and leadership.
