Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in customer service or client relationship roles.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Able to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Comfortable engaging with business owners and senior executives.
• Excellent project coordination and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage a large portfolio of clients and projects.
• Commercially minded with cross-selling awareness.
• Familiar with Singapore corporate services advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for assigned clients after contract signing.
• Onboard clients and explain service processes, timelines and requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time service delivery.
• Track milestones, documents and deliverables, and resolve issues.
• Develop long-term client relationships and identify cross-selling opportunities.
