Job summary

Citco is seeking an experienced leader to oversee a Client Services team within Fund Administration in Singapore. You will manage Relationship Managers and Executive Relationship Managers, nurture key client relationships, and ensure delivery of Citco’s services.

Responsibilities span onboarding new clients, enabling cross-selling, driving profitability, and delivering internal reporting and risk management.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance or studying for professional qualification.
• 15+ years of experience in Financial Services and hedge fund industry with client services.
• 8+ years of experience in managing a team per department.
• Analytical, problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willingness to travel for business trips.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and lead a team of Relationship Managers and ERMs for a portfolio of clients.
• Understand client needs and create plans to nurture long-term relationships.
• Oversee client profitability, satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.
• Coordinate client onboarding and manage pipelines.
• Partner with BD on client pitches and demos of Citco systems.
• Prepare KPI reports and internal/ external dashboards.
• Forecast revenue and oversee payments and accruals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
