Qualifications

6+ years of IT solution sales experience.
Strong interest in Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI) and software-defined infrastructure.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of exceeding sales quotas.
Strong territory planning skills and the ability to prioritize across a broad account base.
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

Break into new commercial accounts and expand Arcfra’s footprint within existing customers in your territory.
Sell Arcfra’s products and solutions primarily through channel partners, while engaging directly with end customers.
Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quota and pipeline-generation targets.
Use a consultative approach to understand customer business issues, deliver demonstrations, and craft tailored proposals.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date pipeline and forecast information in the CRM; collaborate with Sales Engineering for solution design.
