• Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong territory planning skills and the ability to prioritize across a broad account base.
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.

Aufgaben

• Break into new commercial accounts and expand Arcfra’s footprint within existing customers in your territory.
• Sell Arcfra’s products and solutions primarily through channel partners, while engaging directly with end customers.
• Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales quota and pipeline-generation targets.
• Use a consultative approach to understand customer business issues, deliver demonstrations, and craft tailored proposals.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date pipeline and forecast information in the CRM; collaborate with Sales Engineering for solution design.
