Job summary

ACA Pacific Technology (Singapore) PTE. LTD. invites a Channel Account Manager to lead our partner ecosystem in Singapore.

You will nurture resellers and SIs, drive strategic alliances, and accelerate joint revenue growth within a fast-paced IT distribution landscape. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Support to enable partners, coordinate campaigns, and represent the company at industry events.

Qualifications

IT sales experience in the IT/software/tech industry is highly advantageous.
Proven track record of smashing sales targets and driving revenue growth through indirect models.
Strong understanding of B2B channel partner ecosystems and distributor dynamics.
Exceptional interpersonal skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Strong contract negotiation skills to align pricing and resolve channel conflicts.
Ability to evaluate market feedback and partner performance data to drive decisions.

Responsibilities

Channel Partner Super-Connector: nurture relationships with VARs, SIs, and distributors.
Align Growth Goals: develop joint business plans and growth objectives with partners.
Empower Partners: provide training and enablement to boost product knowledge and sales.
Sales & Revenue Accelerator: co-sell, build pipelines, and close strategic deals.
