Job summary

Standard Chartered in Singapore is seeking a Priority Clients professional to maximize new business opportunities and deepen client relationships by meeting service standards for the segment.

You will conduct consultative financial analysis, provide market insights on local and international products, plan monthly targets with the PB team, participate in marketing activities, source prospects, and deliver high-quality after-sales service to retain clients.

Qualifications

• Client Acquisition experience
• Account Management experience with HNW individuals
• Region-specific language expertise
• Region-specific client networks & experience
• Technical knowledge of consumer banking products (Treasury, Equities, Funds, Insurance, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional, consultative financial analysis and profiling sessions with customers.
• Foster and deepen customer relationships by providing market information updates and trend analysis.
• Draw up monthly plans with PB team/branch manager/PTL to reach sales targets.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities for customer acquisition.
• Source and call on individual prospects.
• Provide quality, efficient after-sales services.
• Manage anti-attrition and retention of clients.
• Organise and conduct sales presentations to groups, clubs, associations, companies and other organisations.
• Solicit referrals from other parts of SCB (e.g., RMs from C&I, staff).
