Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank Singapore is seeking an experienced Relationship Manager for CPBB International Banking to maximize new business, deepen client relationships and ensure compliance with MAS rules. You will lead sales efforts for Priority Clients, coordinate with RMs in North Asia, and mentor team members while upholding the bank's values and governance.

Qualifications

• Understanding the core concepts, principles, processes or procedures of Wealth Management and Banking.
• CMFAS Exams as a certification requirement.
• Experience in managing North Asia market.
• Good command of Mandarin required for Chinese market.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional financial analysis and profiling sessions with customers.
• Foster and deepen relationships by providing market information and trend analysis.
• Draw up monthly plans with the branch/PM to meet sales targets.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities for customer acquisition.
• Source and call on individual prospects.
• Provide quality after-sales services and manage retention.
• Ensure compliance with MAS and bank regulations.
