Job summary

Standard Chartered in Singapore is seeking a Personal Clients role focused on maximizing new business and deepening client relationships. You will conduct consultative financial analyses and profiling sessions to meet clients' financial needs and objectives.

You will provide market updates on local and international products, plan monthly targets with the branch manager, participate in marketing activities, source prospects, and deliver high-quality after-sales service while ensuring AML

Qualifications

• Experience in client acquisition and deepening customer relationships.
• Knowledge of local and international financial products.
• HNW account management experience is a plus.
• RNF and CFMAS certificates preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional financial analysis and profiling sessions.
• Provide market updates and trend analysis on financial products.
• Draw up monthly plans with branch management to hit sales targets.
• Participate in marketing and promotional activities for acquisition.
• Source prospects and call on individuals.
• Provide quality after-sales service and retain clients.
• Organise sales presentations to groups and organizations.
• Solicit referrals from other parts of the bank.
• Ensure AML procedures and regulatory compliance.
• Adhere to governance and risk management frameworks.
