Job summary

Standard Chartered Bank (Singapore) Limited seeks a dynamic Retail Banking professional to drive new business and deepen Priority Client relationships, aligning with service standards for the segment. You will conduct professional financial analyses, provide market insights on local and international products, and work with the PB team to set monthly sales targets.

Local/regional experience, especially Malaysia/Brunei, and Malay language proficiency are required to service cross-border clients

Qualifications

Demonstrates strong knowledge of the financial industry and market trends.
Displays resilience under pressure and maintains client focus.
Builds rapport with clients and stakeholders to drive trust.
Experience focusing on Malaysia/Brunei markets and cross-border needs.
Proficiency in Malay to support regional client coverage.
5+ years of experience in Retail Banking with sales discipline.

Responsibilities

Maximize new business and deepen Priority Clients relationships to service standards.
Conduct professional financial analyses and profiling sessions with customers.
Provide market updates and trend analysis on financial products.
Draw up monthly plans with the team to meet sales targets.
Participate in marketing activities and source prospects.
Deliver high-quality after-sales service and manage client retention.
Organise sales presentations to groups and organisations.
Ensure compliance with money laundering prevention procedures and regulations.
