Job summary

PALFINGER Asia Pacific PTE. LTD. is seeking a results-driven professional to drive business development and grow PALFINGER lifting solutions across assigned markets in Asia.

You will manage customer and dealer relationships, identify projects and tenders, and coordinate with product and service teams to convert opportunities into sustainable growth. This role requires a engineering or business background, 3–6 years of B2B technical sales experience, and strong communication and negotiation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline.
• 3–6 years in B2B technical sales, business development or account management.
• Experience in dealer/distributor management and tender opportunities in Asia is a plus.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills; able to work across functions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business development plans for assigned markets and customer segments in line with sales objectives.
• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities, projects, tenders, dealers and partners to expand market coverage.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and provide market intelligence and sales forecasts.
• Build relationships with customers, dealers, consultants and market influencers to drive sustainable growth.
• Understand customer applications and recommend PALFINGER solutions with product and service teams.
• Prepare quotations, product specifications, customer presentations, tender submissions and commercial proposals.
• Manage sales opportunities from lead to order conversion and follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders on delivery, commissioning, aftermarket support and service requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales pipeline, customer records and timely reports.
