Job summary

Durkee Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Project Sales Executive (Building Materials / Solution) in Singapore to develop and manage project sales from tender to delivery.

You will build relationships with developers, main contractors, and consultants, promoting building materials and solutions while coordinating with internal teams. The role requires a Diploma or Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years in project sales within the building materials or construction sector.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's in Marketing, Engineering, Building, Construction, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of project sales experience in building materials or construction.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation and relationship management.
• Familiar with Singapore construction tendering and contract processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders including developers, main contractors, subcontractors, consultants, and design firms.
• Identify and pursue new construction projects, tender opportunities, and government projects.
• Promote the Company's building materials, equipment, and technical solutions; prepare quotations and proposals.
• Manage projects through tendering to delivery and completion; coordinate with Production, Procurement, Logistics and Installation teams.
• Conduct regular customer visits, respond to inquiries, and identify opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling.
