Job summary

Durkee Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Executive to drive project-based sales in building materials and solutions. The role focuses on developing relationships with developers, contractors, consultants, and design firms in Singapore.

The candidate will identify new construction projects, tender opportunities, and government projects, while promoting the company’s materials and technical solutions. Regular customer visits and travel may be required.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in project sales within building materials or construction equipment industries.
Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Familiarity with tendering, contracts, and project-based sales processes.

Responsibilities

Drive business development and build relationships with project stakeholders.
Identify tender opportunities, government or private projects, and pursue them.
Prepare quotations, tender submissions, and commercial proposals.
Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Logistics, and Installation teams for project execution.
Achieve sales revenue, project, and profitability targets.
