Qualifications

• Requires minimum 2 years of project sales experience in building materials, construction equipment, or engineering industries.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are essential.
• Proven ability to develop new business and manage project-based sales opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with project stakeholders including developers, main contractors, subcontractors, consultants and design firms.
• Identify and pursue new construction projects, tender opportunities and government projects.
• Promote building materials, equipment and technical solutions and prepare quotations and proposals.
