Job summary

CADMUS RESOURCES in Singapore is seeking a Business Development Executive for building & construction materials. You will meet developers, consultants and contractors to specify products for projects and drive sales growth. The role requires a diploma and 1–2 years of relevant sales experience in carpentry, construction, or related industries.

Travel to client sites may be required, and bilingual English/Mandarin candidates are preferred. Ex-Cabin Crew applicants are welcome.

Qualifications

At least a minimum diploma.
1–2 years of relevant sales experience in carpentry, construction, interior design, sanitary ware, laminates, vendors, timber building materials, and related industries.
Ex-Cabin Crews are also welcome to apply.
Proven record of sales growth in a similar industry.
Clear verbal and written communication skills.
Willing to travel to customer site when required.
Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.

Monitoring market trends, and competitor offerings, and providing regular market updates.
Develop new accounts while maintaining existing accounts.
